Tomato & Apple Kasundi a taste of India without the heat, using whole spices making it a great marinade for chicken, fish or pork. Simply add 1 -2 tbsp of Kasundi with 2tbsp of plain yoghurt and marinate meat or fish for 1/2 an hour for fish and 1 hour for meat, bbq, grill or bake and serve with your favourite side dish.
