Our Macadamia Satay won a GOLD medal at the prestigious Sydney Royal Fine Food Show in 2014 and Bronze medal at the prestigious Sydney Royal Fine Food Show in 2013. An Australian version of an Asian classic using traditional Asian spices combining Australian bush foods. Use as a marinade with yoghurt, add to a stir fry and take a chicken and lettuce sandwich to a new high or simply add some yoghurt to Macadamia Satay and serve on the side of your favourite grilled or BBQ meat, our satay makes an awesome pizza base simply add 1 tbsp of oil to 1 2 tbsp of satay (enough to make it spread evenly) try adding green prawns, fetta cheese and baby spinach leaves. YUM!
